Frequently Asked Questions
Chiropractic & Wellness Center in Gilbert, AZ
If you’re exploring chiropractic, physical medicine, massage therapy, or recovery services in the East Valley, here are answers to some of the most common questions we receive.
About Our Practice
How are you different from other chiropractic offices?
Our practice was built around a simple belief: care should be intentional, never rushed, and delivered in the right environment.
Unlike high-volume, insurance-driven clinics, we provide longer, focused visits that integrate chiropractic, soft tissue therapy, advanced rehabilitation technologies, and modern recovery modalities — all thoughtfully coordinated to support meaningful, lasting results.
As a cash-based practice, we’re able to:
Spend meaningful time with each patient
Provide hands-on, personalized treatment
Utilize specialized rehabilitation and recovery technologies not commonly found in traditional clinics
Design care plans based on your goals — not insurance limitations
We care for families, athletes, and professionals who value a comprehensive, whole-body approach to long-term health and performance.
Is this a spa or a chiropractic office?
We are a chiropractic and wellness center that blends clinical expertise with recovery-focused amenities.
Patients may receive professional chiropractic care, decompression, soft tissue therapy, and other specialized techniques — while also having access to our recovery space featuring an infrared sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, and more.
It’s intentional healing and wellness, not just relaxation.
Do you adjust children and infants?
Yes - we provide gentle, developmentally appropriate chiropractic care for infants, children, and families.
Each visit is tailored to your child’s age, nervous system development, and specific needs.
Insurance & Payment
Do you take insurance?
We are a cash-based chiropractic office and do not bill insurance directly.
This model allows us to prioritize time, personalization, and comprehensive care without visit caps or treatment restrictions dictated by insurance carriers.
Many patients prefer this approach because it keeps care decisions between doctor and patient and allows us to focus on what will truly move you forward — not simply what is reimbursable.
We’re happy to provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you take Medicare?
We do not participate with Medicare and do not bill Medicare for services.
If you have specific questions about how this applies to your situation, our team is happy to provide clarity before scheduling.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
In most cases, yes. Chiropractic care and many wellness services are eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator.
What are your prices?
Pricing varies depending on the service and appointment length.
We believe in full transparency. All services, appointment durations, and pricing are listed on our online booking page so you can review your options before scheduling.
If you have questions about which service is the best fit, we’re always happy to guide you.

Appointments & Expectations
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first appointment includes a thorough consultation, examination, and movement assessment.
We take time to understand your history, goals, and concerns before recommending a personalized plan designed for long-term results.
How long are appointments?
Appointments are intentionally longer than traditional chiropractic visits.
Your initial visit is approximately 90 minutes, allowing time to review your health history, complete a thorough examination, and discuss recommended therapy options. Together, we’ll develop a personalized treatment plan designed to support your goals.
Most follow-up visits range from 30–60 minutes, depending on the services provided.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement is ideal.
For recovery sessions in the Mountain Room — including the cold plunge — please bring swimwear to change into for your session. We provide towels and a luxury robe for your comfort.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that we can offer that time to another patient.
The Mountain Room – Wellness & Recovery
What is the Mountain Room?
The Mountain Room is our wellness and recovery space designed to support rest, detoxification, restoration, and nervous system balance.
It includes:
Infrared sauna with chromotherapy and red light therapy
Cold plunge therapy
Zero-gravity massage chair
Vibration plate
Biomat
Do I have to be a chiropractic patient to use the Mountain Room?
No - the Mountain Room is available to both chiropractic patients and individuals seeking dedicated recovery and wellness support.
How long are Mountain Room sessions?
We typically recommend 60–90 minutes to experience the full benefits of a complete recovery circuit.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer flexible wellness memberships for those who want consistent access to the Mountain Room and ongoing support in their recovery routine.
