We are a modern, cash-based wellness and chiropractic med spa focused on helping patients move better, recover faster, and feel their best through a blend of chiropractic care, advanced soft tissue therapies, functional movement, and recovery-based treatments.
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who takes pride in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care and wants to practice in a professional, wellness-focused environment alongside chiropractors and other providers committed to excellent patient outcomes.

Position Overview
This role allows you to build and grow your own massage practice as an independent contractor within our clinic, supported by front desk scheduling, online booking, and referrals from our chiropractic and wellness services.
Our patients are primarily wellness-focused individuals seeking therapeutic care, pain relief, injury recovery, and performance optimization, rather than high-volume relaxation massage. Many massage clients are referred directly by our chiropractors as part of their treatment and recovery plans.
You will work in a beautiful, modern treatment space within a collaborative and professional environment, while maintaining the flexibility and independence of a contractor role.
Compensation
Independent contractor compensation includes:
60% of all massage revenue collected
100% of all tips
Strong income potential as your schedule fills and patient retention grows
Our team supports your success through receptionist scheduling support, online booking, marketing efforts, and referrals from our existing patient base.
Available Hours
Treatment room availability currently includes:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: By Appointment
Therapists are not required to work all available hours. We are happy to collaborate on a schedule that works for both you and the clinic.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality therapeutic massage tailored to each patient
Support recovery, mobility, and overall wellness through skilled bodywork
Collaborate with chiropractors when appropriate to support patient care plans
Maintain professional treatment documentation
Contribute to a calm, elevated patient experience
Build long-term relationships with patients through excellent care
Qualifications
Active Arizona Massage Therapy License
Strong interest in therapeutic or recovery-based massage
Professional, dependable, and patient-centered
Comfortable working within a collaborative wellness team
Experience with deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial techniques, prenatal massage, or medical/therapeutic massage is strongly preferred.

Our services include chiropractic care, massage therapy, physical medicine, and wellness therapies such as infrared sauna and cold plunge.
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on Fridays. As the first point of contact for patients, this role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Our front desk workspace is designed to keep staff comfortable and efficient throughout the day.
It features a comfortable ergonomic chair, dual large monitors, an ergonomic keyboard with wrist supports, and a thoughtfully designed reception area that helps our team deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every patient.
Position Overview
This part-time role is responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting patients with scheduling and check-in, answering phones, and helping ensure the clinic runs smoothly throughout the day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a warm and welcoming environment and being the first smile patients see when they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience
Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Check patients in and out for appointments
Answer questions about services, scheduling, and providers
Help create a welcoming and organized front office environment
Scheduling & Communication
Answer phone calls, return messages, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments for multiple providers
Send appointment reminders and follow-ups as needed
Payments & Administration
Process payments for services and products
Maintain accurate patient records in our EMR system (Jane)
Assist with intake forms and basic administrative tasks
Clinic Support
Keep the front desk and waiting area clean and organized
Support light operational tasks such as preparing rooms or maintaining towels and supplies when needed
Compensation
Starting pay: $20 per hour
Eligible for an increase to $21 per hour after 90 days, based on performance
Qualifications
1+ year of receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Organized with good attention to detail
Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
Interest in health and wellness is a plus
Schedule
Fridays: approximately 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional opportunities may exist to pick up additional shifts
