Careers at The Nature of Health
Join a growing, cash-based wellness and chiropractic med spa focused on elevated patient care, hands-on treatment, and long-term professional growth
What It’s Like to Work Here
We are intentional about creating an environment where providers have the time, support, and autonomy to deliver thoughtful, hands-on care while building meaningful patient relationships.
Team members are supported with mentorship, marketing, and an established foundation - while also being encouraged to take an active role in growing their patient base and shaping their long-term path within the practice. As the practice grows, so do opportunities for increased responsibility, compensation, and professional development.
We believe the best outcomes happen when providers are supported, challenged, and trusted, and we are committed to fostering a collaborative environment where that growth is possible.

Associate Chiropractor – $60,000 - $160,000+ (Base + Incentives)
We are a modern, cash-based wellness and chiropractic med spa providing elevated, personalized care in a calm, spa-like environment.
Our practice blends chiropractic care, advanced soft tissue techniques, functional movement, and recovery-based therapies to help patients achieve true healing and restoration.
Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Chiropractor who is ART-certified or willing to become certified, with a strong interest in hands-on, movement-based care. Practitioners with Webster certification and an interest in family-focused care are encouraged to apply. Candidates at all experience levels are invited to apply.
This position is available due to the relocation of our current associate chiropractor, creating an opportunity for the incoming doctor to inherit an existing patient base rather than starting from scratch. Helping to further grow the patient base is a key part of this role through excellent patient care, relationship-based referrals, and community or educational outreach aligned with your interests.
This role offers mentorship, hands-on experience, and the opportunity to grow within a polished, cash-based practice. You'll join a supportive team with established marketing systems, referral relationships, and a strong reputation in the community.
The preferred schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and one Saturday per month from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. This schedule has worked well for both patients and the practice. However, we are open to discussing reasonable modifications for the right candidate.
Compensation
Base salary of $40,000–$60,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
Total compensation is designed to scale meaningfully over time, with the potential to grow into a six-figure role for high-performing associates as patient volume and retention increase.
